I have trained for over 8 years in both the T.C.M. and Five Element acupuncture traditions (Lic. Ac., C.Ac, Dip. Ac (Nanjing), Lic. Ac. (C.O.F.E.A.) as well as completing a diploma in Chinese Herbal medicine. I treat now purely in the Five Element tradition, a largely oral tradition passed down from master to student over millenia and brought to Europe by pioneers such as Jacques Lavier and J.R. Worsley.
I have found that this deceptively simple treatment process can have a profound impact on you as a person, clearing the way for you to feel more comfortable in your own skin and to live your life as fully as possible.
I am also a qualified postpartum doula and Matrescence facilitator and much of my work focusses on women’s health, fertility and postpartum support. I work from a beautiful purpose built space at the foot of the Wicklow mountains.
