Acupuncture Awareness Week is run yearly and is a great opportunity to get people talking about how acupuncture can help treat a range of conditions that might be affecting them.
The Acupuncture Council of Ireland runs a number of media campaigns to promote Acupuncture Awareness Week including broadcast campaigns and interviews on regional radio stations across Ireland.
ACI members partake in media days where key media and influencers are invited for a consultation and treatment. Some of those who come along are already fans of acupuncture, while others experience it for the first time.
At one recent awareness week, ACI member, Marese McElduff did a live treatment on TV3’s Ireland AM and discussed the benefits of acupuncture with presenter Mark Cagney. Check it out here…
